DOSAI WITH GENTLY SPICED POTATOES, MUSTARD AND ONIONS
Sambar, coconut chutney. The dosai is a South Indian crepe and is rich in carbohydrates and proteins.

SEAFOOD

Hot smoked trout and wild cod, steamed in banana leaf, crab pate, pickled samphire, tamarind chutney.

GAME

Game pate, mango and red onion salad, breast of wood pigeon, fillet of Kentish venison, game sheekh kebab.(Our wood pigeon is shot in the wild.  It is possible for shot traces to still be contained within the meat.)

TENDER BANANA BLOSSOM PATTY, LENTIL AND GARLIC CRUMB, SAUTEED SPINACH AND MUSTARD GREENS

Bengali roast potatoes with poppy seeds, tomato and ginger sauce. Tender banana stems have a sweet and tart flavour and a crunchy texture. They are harvested from the inner stem of the banana plant and are highly rated for their fibre content.
