Spend an evening cooking three courses with the Chef and other like minded Individuals. Once you have prepared all three courses, enjoy socialising, networking and dining with a group of cookery enthusiasts. Exchange Ideas, techniques and recipes. ​
This is a great event to visit on your own, as a couple or groups. ​

Cookery Master Class
Sunday​ 10:30am - 3:30pm £125pp
The class is designed for both beginners and experienced cooks. This master class gives you an overview of techniques and processes used in Indian cookery. After completing this class you should be able to use spices & Indian herbs in your everyday cooking effectively. ​ The techniques you learn in this course can be applied across a variety of recipes and can also be used to enhance European dishes. The day will begin with welcome refreshments in the Cook's Tale Restaurant. You will then be taken backstage to a dedicated cooking studio where you will join like minded cooking enthusiasts. Vegetarian/Vegan Cookery Class

This course will teach you to cook a few wholesome and classic vegetarian dishes from India. ​ Menu Dosa The Dosai is a South Indian crepe and is rich in carbohydrates and proteins. It Is a great dish for people with gluten intolerances. Onion Bhaji Our aim is to make the perfect Onion bhaji. It should not be too big and stodgy or too small and dry. The perfect bhaji should be light, crispy and moorish nuggets of vegetarian deliciousness. Daal and Vegetable Stew A hearty and wholesome vegetarian dish from our head chef's childhood.
Seafood Evening Class
Sunday​ 5:30pm - 8:30pm £85pp
Learn how to work with some unique seafood ingredients from around the world. ​Menu Soft Shell Crab The entire crab is edible. The variety we use is called Scyalla Serrata. These have naturally molted in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. ​Jumbo Black Tiger Prawn These rare giant prawns are wild caught in the Indian Ocean. They are meaty and full of natural flavours. ​Spice Encrusted Wild Sea Bass This fish is caught off the Kent coast and is known for its delicate flavour. Most seabass in our markets are farmed.
Seafood Brunch
Sunday​ 10am - 1pm £90pp
Shop and Cook - Seafood Brunch Gather at the Cooks Tale Restaurant and embark on a relaxed stroll to a nearby artisan farm shop. Savour a coffee and pastry before browsing the farm shop's offerings. The local fishmonger will share insights about the seasonal catch before you pick up your order and head back to the restaurant. Next, you'll enter the cookery school to master the art of preparing the seafood, culminating in a delightful brunch that you'll enjoy in the restaurant along with a chilled glass of something.
