Indian Cookery Class

Seafood Evening Class

Sunday​ 5:30pm - 8:30pm  £120pp

Discover how to cook with rare and unique seafood ingredients from around the world in this hands-on class. Learn to prepare, taste, and take home exquisite dishes bursting with fresh, natural flavours.

Menu:
Soft Shell Crab — Entirely edible Scylla Serrata crabs, naturally molted in the warm Indian Ocean waters.
Jumbo Black Tiger Prawn — Wild-caught, meaty prawns full of rich flavour from the Indian Ocean.
Spice-Encrusted Wild Sea Bass — Delicately flavoured sea bass caught off the Kent coast, unlike most farmed varieties.
