It Is a great dish for people with gluten intolerances. Onion Bhaji Our aim is to make the perfect Onion bhaji. It should not be too big and stodgy or too small and dry. The perfect bhaji should be light, crispy and Moorish nuggets of vegetarian deliciousness. Daal and Vegetable Stew A hearty and wholesome vegetarian our head chef's childhood.
