Enjoy a tutored wine tasting followed by a partnered supper created by
Dev Biswal, Head Chef of Cook’s Tale & Clive Barlow, Master of Wine

Clive has worked in the British wine trade since 1979, and became a Master of Wine in 1999. He has been associated with several leading British wine companies as a consultant and trainer, was Chairman of Education at the world-renowned Institute of Masters of Wine, where he trained aspiring wine experts and leads international seminars for the Institute. He is also Panel Chair for the prestigious International Wine Challenge, Senior Judge for the Decanter Magazine competition, and teaches at the London Wine Academy.
Dev Biswal has trained in cuisines around the world. His restaurants have been recommend by all the countries top restaurant guides including Michelin, AA, Good Food and Hardens. Other awards have included Best Restaurant at the coveted Taste of Kent Awards, Best UK Indian Restaurant by Morrisons Magazine and made the Top 10 Restaurants List by the Sunday Times. Dev was also named Asian Chef of the Year by Asian Restaurant Awards.

Northern Italy is home to a number of classic regions and we will explore the wines of Piemonte, Veneto, Alto Adige and more through a tasting of 5 premium quality offerings.
Menu for Northern Italian Wines
We have handpicked classic northern Italian dishes for this menu. Needless to say, they will be served with our usual Kentish and Indian twist.
Bruschetta classico, Indian aromatics, Kentish Ashmore mousse.
Risotto alla Milanese, Porcini mushrooms and Kentish Pork sausage.
Tuscan tiramisu, and cardamom cream.
