What to expect

Seafood Cookery Class 5.30pm to 8.30pm : £85 per person ​Learn how to work with some unique seafood ingredients from around the world. ​Menu Soft Shell Crab The entire crab is edible. The variety we use is called Scyalla Serrata. These are naturally molted in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. ​Jumbo Black Tiger Prawn These rare giant prawns are wild caught in the Indian Ocean. They are meaty and full of natural flavours. ​Spice Encrusted Wild Sea Bass This fish is caught off the Kent coast and is known for its delicate flavour. Most seabass in our markets are farmed.
