Game Cookery Class 5.30pm to 8.30pm : £85.00 Learn how to infuse spices with game meats from Kent and beyond. Menu Wood Pigeon Our wood pigeon are from our woodlands in Kent. They are mostly caught around the Godmersham area on the way to Ashford. ​Venison This is striploin of Kentish Roe or Fallow Deer. Aromatic spices enhance the richness of this red meat and subdue the gamey taste. ​Quail These tiny birds are sourced from Lancashire and are delicious when cooked in a creamy mildly spiced sauce.
