We are delighted to have teamed up with our Neighbour. The multi-award winning Foundry Pub, to provide a rare package tour and tapas. The Foundry brews over 16 beers and Ciders on site. They also distill 4 Gins, Vodka and apple pie moonshine, these are made on site from English barley from grain to glass. Their spiced Rum and white Rum are distilled from Molasses fermented on site. All this makes them a very rare find. Winning multiple awards for their products, outstanding service and tourism awards to mention just a few.

John and or Paul will show you the multi award winning Canterbury Brewers & Distillers and run you through our craft process of handmade grain to glass Beers and spirits. Taste a selection of our beers and spirits and we will educate you on how they were made and named.
Following this experience you will be dining at the cook's tale restaurant for a flavorful evening meal.
