Our focus here is creating stunning dishes using the best of February produce. We call it “The food of Love”.

 

Rhubarb and Rose Gin Fizz

 

Scallops roasted in shell, garlic oil, fermented mustard,served with a shot of seafood rasam.

 

Tempura of young courgette flower , vegetable semolina upma

                                                                                  

Quinoa, white truffle,butternut squash, toasted almonds and chick pea

 

Goats cheese souffle with spinach puree and char grilled tomatoes

 

Herb crusted Wild Seabass, crab kedgeree, coconut sauce

 

Tandoori style poussin, blue cheese naan, cucumber raita.

 

 Barbary Duck breast, salsify fritters,blood orange and cinnamon sauce.

 

Laphroaig soaked Venison loin, Jerusalem artichoke dauphinoise, dark chocolate and star anise sauce

 

Tender coconut and green lime grenita

 

Passionfruit panna cotta with avocado foam
